MIndLink Café

MindLink Café is a mental health project offering themed wellbeing cycles for diverse migrant adults in Aberdeen. Each cycle focuses on practical skills such as mindfulness, emotional regulation, and interpersonal communication, helping participants build coping strategies and confidence in a supportive group setting. Sessions are psychologically informed and facilitated by a trained psychologist. Each meeting lasts 1.5 hours and takes place once a month. The group is delivered in Polish. This trauma‑informed, culturally attuned approach bridges the gap between brief workshops and formal therapy, offering regular, safe opportunities for reflection, connection, and shared learning. The service aims to reduce isolation, strengthen resilience, and promote mental wellbeing.
